AS Luxe Residence - Adina Seeuws - Private housekeeper in Les Gets

1. Purpose

These conditions apply to all services offered by AS Luxe Résidence: management, maintenance, and monitoring of primary and secondary residences.

2. Services

The services are defined by quote or personalized contract.

Any specific request may be subject to a price adjustment.

3. Reservation and cancellation

Interventions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance may result in partial or total invoicing.

4. Rates and payment

Prices are expressed in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293B of the CGI).

Payment is made by bank transfer or any other agreed method, upon receipt of invoice (or according to the terms of the annual/seasonal contract).

5. Responsibilities

AS Luxe Residence is committed to providing a professional, discreet and attentive service.

All services are provided with respect for the premises, property and confidentiality of the client.

6. Personal data

The data collected (name, email, address) is used only for customer relations.

They are never shared with third parties.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.

Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Thonon-les-Bains jurisdiction.
