Basic Contract

1 visit per month to the accommodation including:
- Ventilation of rooms and dusting of surfaces

- General inspection (windows, humidity, heating, leaks)

- Checking access and securing (doors, shutters)

- Management and readjustment of linen at the customer's request (linen on site)

- End of stay cleaning
