Modernity

Frequency of visits: 2 times per month

- Ventilation and checking of the accommodation / dusting of surfaces

- Check humidity, heating, leaks, etc.

- Access control (doors, shutters, digital code, etc.)

- Monitoring of linen provided by the customer (condition, storage, restocking)

- Restocking of basic products supplied by the customer (paper, soap, etc.)

- Preparation of accommodation before arrival (one-off on request)

- Punctual presence / Check-in (optional)

- End of stay cleaning
